Who Am I?

Chad is originally from Garden City, Kansas, where grew up on his family's corporate farm. His involvement in the family business taught him the value of a good education, hard work and honesty. His upbringing in Southwest Kansas instilled in him core values he uses to conduct his business today.

While attending Kansas State University as a full-time student, Chad worked with a General Contracting firm in Kansas City managing commercial construction projects. His work experience in the Midwest includes remodel and reconstruction of Public Schools in both Missouri and Kansas.

Upon graduation from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management, Chad accepted a position with a Design/Build Construction firm based in San Diego. His experience in San Diego includes construction management, cost estimation, contract negotiation, design, and land development. Chad has completed a number of large commercial construction projects in both Arizona and California.

In the real estate market, Chad has assembled an all-star team of professionals that share his same work ethic and values instilled in him from the beginning.
